There are chances of the list of Haryana Congress organization stuck with the Congress High Command coming out. There is a possibility that there will be a meeting of the high command and senior Congress leaders of Haryana in the first week of December. The list of organizations will be released only after the consensus reached in the meeting. On Monday, Haryana in-charge Deepak Babaria met with Congress National Organization General Secretary KC Venugopal regarding all the issues of Haryana including the release of the pending list.During this period the most important issue is the organization list which still has not been released. Venugopal has assured that the list will be released soon.
Congress has not had an organization in Haryana for the last nine years and has been out of power for the last nine years. Now Lok Sabha and Assembly elections are to be held in 2024. Therefore, Congress is trying to establish an organization before entering the field. For this, the complete report regarding the appointment of district heads in all the districts was submitted by the observers to the Haryana in-charge. Later Babariya handed over this list to Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge.
Despite this, the list has not been released yet. One reason behind this was the factionalism of Congress leaders of Haryana. It is being told that the number of supporters of former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda is more in the list. Former state president Kumari Selja, Randeep Surjewala and Kiran Choudhary had openly opposed this. He also met Kharge and KC Venugopal and registered his objection.
Congress sources claim that supporters of all the leaders will be given a place in the organization. A formula has been prepared to give responsibility to the supporters of the leader in the area where he has influence. After Babaria’s meeting with Venugopal on Monday, there is a possibility that the meeting will be held in the first week of December and after that the list will be released.
