Haryana CM Nayab Singh meets PM Modi in Delhi

The newly appointed Chief Minister of Haryana, Nayab Singh, here on Thursday stated that Narendra Modi led government implemented welfare schemes, the benefits of which reached to the poor families. The people of the country have decided that for the third time, a government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be formed in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The people of Haryana will also contribute towards electing Prime Minister Narendra Modi on all 10 seats in the Lok Sabha elections.

Chief Minister Nayab Singh was talking to media persons in Haryana Bhawan Delhi, after meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence in Delhi on Thursday. He said that he had a courtesy meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and had discussion on many contemporary issues. The ideology of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is to take everyone along and move the country forward. The double-engine government has done significant work in the past ten years, which is now visible to the people as New India-New Haryana, ‘Viksit Bharat- Viksit Haryana’. Haryana has developed a lot under the leadership of Manohar Lal and it has emerged as an example of good governance. We will take this further and keep the pace of development going, asserted the CM.

When asked about the expansion of the cabinet, Chief Minister Nayab Singh said that he has had discussions on this matter, and decision will be taken soon. In response to a question about former Home Minister Anil Vij, Chief Minister said, ”Vij Sahab is our senior leader, and we have his blessings. We were together in the Assembly yesterday as well”.

In response to another question, the Chief Minister said that candidates have been announced by BJP for the six Lok Sabha seats in the state, and remaining four will be announced soon. He claimed that the people of Haryana have made up their minds to vote in favour of BJP on all 10 seats in Haryana. Chief Minister Nayab Singh said that the people of the country and the state have not forgotten the misrule of Congress, when one had to stand in line for three days for getting a gas cylinder, and corruption was at its peak in every matter.

Asked about the breaking of alliance with the Jananayak Janata Party, the Chief Minister said that keeping the sentiments of the people in mind, a decision in this regard has been taken at higher level. This alliance was not at the Party level.
