The Haryana Government has announced public holidays for 2024, applicable to all public offices under the State Government. According to a notification issued by Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal, the State Government has designated certain dates in the 2024 calendar as Special Days for the first time. However, these will not be classified as public holidays. The notification states that all Saturdays and Sundays will be observed as holidays throughout the year.
