A video capturing an unsettling incident has emerged, depicting a man assaulting a Granthi at a Gurdwara in Mohali, Punjab. The footage shows the accused initially entering the Gurdwara premises before swiftly launching an attack on the Granthi. Subsequently, the assailant endeavours to forcibly remove the Granthi but encounters resistance.
Following this altercation, the attacker proceeds to disrobe and begins to flee. The entirety of this disturbing incident was captured by CCTV cameras installed within the Gurdwara premises in Punjab.
There remains uncertainty regarding whether the accused grappled with mental health issues and if law enforcement authorities have apprehended him.
Earlier also, there have been many cases of attacking Granthi at the Gurdwara or Sacrilege that took place within Punjab. This very incident shook the Sikh Community here in Mohali.
