The Commerce Department, under the guidance of Mrs. Promila Malik, Principal of Government Post Graduate College, is set to host a two-day national seminar on February 22nd and 23rd. Collaborating with Aruna Asaf Ali Government Post Graduate College, Kalka, and the Indian Council of Social Science Research NWRC at Punjab University, Chandigarh, the seminar aims to address the theme “Issues and Challenges of Commerce in the Trillion Dollar Indian Economy.”
Professor Dr. Karamjit Singh, the Vice Chancellor of Jagat Guru Nanak Dev, Punjab State Open University, Patiala, will grace the occasion as the chief guest. The keynote speaker for the event will be Professor Dr. Manjeet Singh, Registrar of Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University, Patiala. Dr. Virendra Atwal, Chairman of the Commerce Department, is the coordinator for the two-day national seminar, and Dr. Rajeev Kumar serves as the organizing secretary.
