The biggest cause of death worldwide is cardiovascular disease. Every year, 170 million people die from this disease alone, which is why attention is being given to its prevention along with its treatment.
To discuss the prevention of heart diseases, the Rajasthan branch of the Cardiological Society of India will organize a national conference on September 30th and October 1st in Jaipur. This conference is titled ‘5th CSI Cardiac Prevent 2023’. More than 700 cardiologists from various states will participate in the conference.
Dr. S.M. Sharma, the Organizing Chairman of the conference and Senior Professor, mentioned that the inauguration of this conference, which is being held at Hotel Marriott, will be done by Governor Kalraj Mishra. Renowned cardiologist Dr Sameen Sharma will also be present as the Guest of Honor.
Dr Rajiv Gupta, Scientific Chairman of the conference, and Dr. Rajiv Bagarhatta, Principal of SMS Medical College, mentioned that during this time, some presentations will also be given, including discussions by an expert panel.
The conference will also feature four international faculty members. These include Prof. Neil Porter from the UK, Prof. Robert S. Rosenblum from New York, Prof. PC Dey from Stanford University, and Prof. Sanjeev Gupta from the USA.
