Government Secretary Rajan Vishal reviews operations at Minority Affairs Dept

Rajan Vishal, Government Secretary, Minority Affairs Department, conducted a surprise inspection of the Minority Affairs Directorate located at the Education Complex on Tuesday morning. Vishal visited all the branches of the department and took detailed information about the departmental work. He told the officials to ensure that the schemes of the state government reach the common people and get them benefits and to dispose of the pending cases quickly.
The Government Secretary said that many welfare schemes of the state government are being run, and the officials should ensure that no one faces any problem in availing the benefits of these schemes. Every complaint coming to the Directorate should be registered and prompt resolution of the problem should be ensured.
The Government Secretary directed that along with giving satisfactory answers to all the complaints received in the department, the complaints should be sent to the concerned branch and resolved as much as possible. Also, continuous follow-up should be done.
