Freedom fighter’s struggle against medical negligence

Recently, The Daily Guardian investigation revealed that a freedom fighter Ramu Ji had been struggling with the medical negligence of doctors. This negligence led to him losing his leg.

What do doctors say:
Ramuji Saini’s treatment is ongoing at Fortis Hospital. In such a situation, when his doctor Dr. Rakesh Chittaura was contacted, he said that Ramuji’s problem had become so serious that if he had not been treated at the right time, he could even have died, and due to increasing infection, surgery have to be done immediately.

However, Ramuji got his first treatment from Dr. Raghav Johri at Metro Hospital. During the five-day-long treatment, the doctor gave him an injection. About which the doctor has not given a clear answer. However, after this treatment, the condition of Ramuji’s leg pain completely changed. After this treatment, his opposite leg had become numb. But the matter did not just deteriorate to this extent.

Doctors are walking away from the matter
When The Daily Guardian spoke to Dr. Kalra on the phone at Dhanwantri Hospital, he said, “I am not Dr. Kalra. I don’t know what’s the matter.”
However, when he was questioned why freedom fighter Ramuji Saini was operated on twice, he answered, “I did not do the operation.”

He alleged, “I was present only in the operation theatre. The operation has been done by Dr RP Saini, head of Dhanvantari. If I don’t know anything, don’t talk to me.”

Not only this but when an attempt was made to talk to Dr. RP Saini, he also did not think it was appropriate to answer. Even when a call was made to Dhanwantri’s landline number, three different people tried to mislead them by posing as Dr. RP. After such behaviour and response, it has become even more clear that Dr Kalra is trying to hide his mistakes and irresponsibility.
