FORMER PUNJAB CM GRANTED ANTICIPATORY BAIL IN FIRING CASE

Former Chief Minister of Punjab Prakash Singh Badal was granted anticipatory bail by the Faridkot District Court in the infamous 2015 Kotkapura firing case.
Additional District and Session Judge Rajeev Kalda, who presided over the hearing, approved the bail application submitted by Badal.
However, the news was not so good for former Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal and former SSP Sukhmandar Singh Maan.
