After being questioned by the ED for the first time, former Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Bhupinder Hooda addressed the media on Friday. Regarding the ED interrogation, Hooda stated that he is ready to go as many times as required. He asserted his compliance with the law, refuting any involvement in providing even an inch of land to private builders.

This case dates back to Hooda’s tenure as Chief Minister, where he is accused of benefiting private builders in the Manesar land deal. The ED had issued notices and called him for interrogation. The questioning at the ED office in Delhi lasted for about 8 hours. During this time, Bhupinder Hooda spoke about the upcoming elections, expressing confidence in Congress programs receiving strong support. He predicted the formation of a Congress government in 2024, with all party workers contributing to the strength of the Congress.

Meanwhile, addressing the Haryana government, the senior Congress leader said the coalition government has pushed the state to the number one position in unemployment. He criticized the continuous increase in debt on Haryana, anticipating another rise in the budget. Hooda labeled the BJP and JJP government as complete failures, asserting that offering suggestions to such a government is futile. When questioned about the program for the consecration of Lord Ram in the Ram Mandir, Hooda stated that Lord Ram belongs to everyone.
