Fire breaks out at hotel in Lucknow

The Gomti Hotel, which is situated on Sapru Marg close to Hazratganj in Lucknow, experienced a small fire on Sunday. Officials said that the building’s fifth floor was where the fire started. Staff at the hotel raised the alarm and evacuated as a result of the incident, which caused panic among the patrons. Officials added that no one had been reported injured or killed. Following notification, a fire department squad and local law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, effectively extinguishing the fire. A primary cause of the fire incident was identified as an electrical short circuit by hotel staff, who also reported that no injuries were reported. We are awaiting more information.
