Fire breaks out at govt school in Andhra’s Tekkali

On Wednesday, a government high school in Tekkali town, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, experienced a fire in its storeroom. According to officials, there were no casualties or injuries reported in the incident. The fire was put out as soon as the firefighters arrived on the scene. The fire incident completely destroyed the furniture housed within the storeroom. But the firefighters’ quick response, combined with the vital information the residents gave them, was essential in getting things under control. The firefighting team’s preliminary investigations revealed that an electrical short circuit might have started the fire. We await more information about the incident.
