A fire erupted at an eyeglasses factory in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, on Monday morning, officials confirmed. Fortunately, no injuries or casualties were reported in the incident.
The fire broke out at a facility that manufactures eyeglasses in the Loni area at 06:52 am, according to officials.
Rahul Kumar, Ghaziabad’s Chief Fire Officer (CFO), stated that the Tronica City Fire Station was alerted about the fire at the eyeglasses manufacturing unit in Loni. In response, five fire tenders were dispatched to the scene, initiating efforts to extinguish the flames.
“The firefighters took approximately two hours to bring the situation under control,” added the chief fire officer.
