BMC registered an FIR against Sohail Khan, Arbaz Khan, and Nirvaan Khan for violation of Covid-19 protocol. As the trio arrived from UAE on 25 December and informed the administration about their booking in Hotel Taj Lands End, but escaped home instead of getting quarantined.
The FIR has been registered under Section 188 and 269 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complaint has been filed by the BMC medical officer. The trio was asked to remain in quarantine in a hotel, but they went home and violated the quarantine. However, no one from the Khan family or their representative has opened up about the FIR yet.
