Jaswinder Singh, a resident of England under the Education Punjab Project, has contributed to the celebration of the Prakash Purab of Guru Nanak Dev Ji by advocating for free education and connecting it with the teachings of the Guru.
Having established approximately eight schools across Punjab, providing free education to around 5400 children, the Education Punjab Project, located in Lohara, Ludhiana, has been operational for nearly eight years. Jaswinder Singh, who has resided in England for the past 55 years and follows the guidance of Bhai Jasvir Singh Khalsa, has successfully opened eight CBSE Board schools, offering free education to approximately 5400 children. Alongside education, the initiative provides free books, copies, bags, and meals to the students. Participating in the dedicated event for Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s Prakash Purab, Chairman Jaswinder Singh shared information about this initiative. He stated that after spending 55 years on the land of England, he found it a false notion to give the gift of education to the poor children. He emphasized that his primary goal is to uplift the underprivileged by providing free education to their children and connecting them with the teachings of the Guru.
He further highlighted that, along with educating children, he has employed around 1500 white people in England. Through their hard work, he supports these children in receiving free education.
