Energy Minister distributes furniture to schools in Kolayat

On Thursday, Energy Minister Bhawar Singh Bhati showcased a convoy of green-flagged vehicles carrying furniture provided by the Panchayat Samiti to various political schools in the Kolayat assembly constituency. He mentioned that there is no shortage of basic facilities in distant schools in Kolayat, and the children studying here will progress while receiving education. To ensure this, the MLA fund and the Panchayat Samiti’s allocation for facilities have been increased. Significant improvements have been made in the educational infrastructure in Kolayat. Over 50 schools have been upgraded to the higher secondary level, and more than 35 Mahatma Gandhi English medium schools have been opened. Until 2018, there was not a single government college in the assembly constituency. Now, seven colleges have been started, and construction progress on their buildings is underway. Soon, these buildings will be dedicated to students. The minister mentioned that when Kolayat is educated, development will follow. He said, “Having basic facilities in schools will provide a better learning environment. This furniture will be distributed to over a dozen schools.”
The furniture was provided for 2.3 million rupees from the Kolayat Panchayat Samiti and was distributed to Government Higher Secondary School Gangapura (125 sets), Government Higher Secondary School Motawata (125 sets), Government Higher Secondary School Tokla (200 sets), Government Higher Primary School Siyana Jodhasar (100 sets), Government Higher Secondary School Lohiya (Khakhusar) (200 sets), Government Higher Secondary School Khariya Patawatan (200 sets), and Government Higher Secondary School Beethanok (225 sets).
