Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal came together on Friday to launch 80 Aam Aadmi Clinics in the state. With the addition of these clinics, the total number of operational Aam Aadmi Clinics in Punjab has reached 580, providing free and high-quality healthcare services to the people.
During the event, Kejriwal spoke about the progress made by the Aam Aadmi Party in just one year of being in power in Punjab. “Punjab is making quick progress. For 75 years, people only saw loot and for the first time the state is touching heights of development,” he said. He also emphasised the importance of having an honest government in power, which is making opponents nervous.
Mann highlighted the positive impact of the Aam Aadmi Clinics, stating that 25.63 lakh patients from all over Punjab have benefited from these clinics. He also mentioned that these clinics have helped the government in creating a database for identifying prevalent diseases in the state and combating them effectively.
The Aam Aadmi Party has become a national party in a short span of time, said Kejriwal. The launch of these new clinics is a clear indication of the party’s commitment to providing accessible healthcare to all. The event was a symbol of the Aam Aadmi Party’s dedication to improving the lives of the people of Punjab through sustainable development initiatives.
