ECB junks racism charges against Michael Vaughan

Former England captain Michael Vaughan claimed that the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has dismissed the racism charges against him.

Former England spinner Azeem Rafiq made the allegation against Vaughan. He charged that Vaughan used discriminatory language during his time in Yorkshire. The racism charges came to light back in February, when Yorkshire released an official statement regarding this matter. But Vaughan released a statement on Friday on Instagram that provided further clarity on this matter.

His statement read, “It has been both difficult and upsetting to hear about the painful experiences that Azeem has described over the past three years.
