DGCA permits IndiGo’s direct flight from Delhi to Tashkent

According to a senior DGCA official, IndiGo has been granted permission to run between Delhi and Tashkent four days a week with effect from September 6.

In order to accommodate the rising demand for travel to the exciting city, IndiGo said that the airline would operate four nonstop flights between Delhi and Tashkent each week. In addition to boosting trade, this close proximity would improve economic and cultural ties between India and Uzbekistan.

Almaty, Kazakhstan, has been added to the list of international destinations, according to a separate announcement by IndiGo.
