Delhi: Manhunt for Amritpal Singh continues

In the midst of the ongoing manhunt for fugitive pro-Khalistani leader Amritpal Singh, teams from Delhi and Punjab Police launched a search operation in Delhi and its borders on Friday in anticipation of his possible entry into the national capital.

According to Delhi Police sources, the leader of the pro-Khalistani outfit Waris Punjab De is believed to have fled to Delhi. According to sources, the Delhi Police and Punjab Police were conducting a search operation in Delhi and its surrounding areas after receiving intelligence about Khalistan sympathiser Amritpal being seen at Delhi’s ISBT bus terminal.
