During multiple raids conducted throughout the capital, Delhi Police recovered 310 kg of cannabis and arrested four people.
In the first raid, three suspects were apprehended in Burf Khana Chowk, Sabzi Mandi, New Delhi, and 20 kg of ganja was recovered from their possession, according to a Delhi Police officer, Sonu Kumar (25) and Vivek Kumar (23), both of village Pura in Bihar and Mehboob Ali (52) of Gautam Vihar in New Delhi were identified as accused.
The second raid was conducted in Shakurpur Village, Delhi where police recovered 125 kg of ganja, according to officials.
In the third raid, one person was arrested and 165 kg of ganja was recovered from his possession, according to the police, at Dr Bhimrao Basti, Khajoor Wali Gali, Ghonda Village, New Delhi.
According to the police, the accused is Jitender Kumar (24), a resident of Bihar’s Village Sehdabad.
