The Delhi Fire Service (DFS) stated on Sunday that two persons were hurt when a house collapsed in Delhi’s Zakhira neighborhood owing to heavy rain.
“The Delhi Fire Service (DFS) received the information about a house collapse at 9:34 am in the Zakhira locality of Delhi on July 9,” added the officials.
They further claimed that three fire tenders raced to the scene as soon as the DFS received word of the event. Two people were retrieved from the debris during the search, and more people are being sought.
“Two persons were taken out and rushed to the hospital. Search for other casualties continues,” said the officials.
