Congress has started a talent hunt campaign to connect the youth with the party as it launched a website connected to the campaign. Under this campaign, youth will be able to join the party by applying offline and online. Informing about the campaign at a press conference, Haryana Congress President Chaudhary Udaibhan said this campaign has been started by the All India Congress Committee, which has been named ‘Pratibha Se Parivartan’. “Through this campaign, the Congress Party will make appointments in the Social Media and Media Department at the state, district, block and divisional level through interviews, group discussions,” he said.
Chaudhary Udaibhan said qualified, professional and common people, who have not been able to participate in political activities due to various reasons, will get opportunities to make their career in politics with the Congress organization in Haryana through this process. He said that the Congress Party has set a target to complete the process for the responsibilities of spokesperson, public speakers, social media activist, content writers, graphic designers, RTI activist, street play team in a month.
Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee Secretary Mrinal Pant, who participated in the press conference, said Congress has successfully expanded the team of spokespersons and social media in Madhya Pradesh through this process. “About three thousand people have been added to the party through this process. Haryana is the second state in the country which has accepted the process of Pratibha Se Parivartan,” he said.
Chaudhary Udaibhan, while addressing the matter of BJP-JJP, stated that the current government has imposed a financial burden on the state. “Today, a child born in Haryana is carrying a debt of Rs 1.32 lakh. This government has also divided the education system in the state as about 5000 schools were closed by the present government in the name of merger. Now the High Court has also imposed a fine of Rs 5 lakh on the government,” he said. Highlighting the poor condition of schools, the Haryana Congress president said 131 government schools in the state do not even have drinking water. “Electricity connection was not given in 236 schools. The government, which gave the slogan of toilet for every house, did not build even a single toilet for girls in 538 schools. In 1047 schools there are no toilets even for boys. There is a need for 8240 more classrooms in schools for students. Recruitment papers are continuously getting leaked. But still this government is not doing anything,” he stated.
