Congress had played game of dividing reservation: PM Modi

In the last round of campaigning for the second phase of Lok Sabha elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday launched scathing attack on congress, over distribution of reservation, vote bank politics and corruption. Speaking at a rally in Uniara of the Tonk-Sawai Madhopur Lok Sabha constituency, Modi accused the Congress of attempting to manipulate reservation policies for their own political gain.

Modi asserted that the Congress had attempted to divide reservation benefits intended for Dalits and backward classes. He accused the party of trying to exploit the Constitution for their agenda, specifically aiming to allocate reservation quotas to their preferred vote bank, Muslims. Modi highlighted instances of such attempts in states like Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, referring to them as pilot projects aimed at implementing this divisive strategy nationwide. However, he assured the public that legal obstacles prevented the Congress from fully realizing their plans.

In his address, Modi reassured the audience that under his leadership, reservation policies would not be tampered with.
He pledged to uphold the integrity of reservation systems, promising to neither divide them nor abolish them. This firm stance resonated with his supporters, emphasizing his commitment to safeguarding the interests of marginalized communities and preserving the principles of equality enshrined in the Constitution.
Talking about the speech, Modi said that my last speech from Rajasthan has created panic in the Congress.

The reason for this is that Congress is hatching a deep conspiracy to snatch away public property and distribute it to its own special people. When I exposed the appeasement of Congress, she started abusing me.
Congress is trembling after its hidden agenda came out. Congress is talking about confiscation of property and money in excess of public needs.
Modi said that in the last 10 years, the country has seen what a stable and honest government can do for development. During the tenure of BJP, 25 crore people have come out of poverty line. If the poor get free ration and a permanent house, the credit for this goes not to me but to each and every one of your invaluable votes.

Taking aim at congress Modi further added that if Congress had still been in power after 2014, there would have been stone pelting on the army in Jammu and Kashmir even today.
The enemies would come from across the border and take away the heads of our soldiers. Serial blasts keep happening in the country. Modi said that Congress has also committed the grave sin of protecting those who carried out bomb blasts in Rajasthan.

Congress would look for its own benefit even in the troubles of the country.
The people of Rajasthan can never forget the wounds he has inflicted while in power. Congress had brought Rajasthan to the first place in atrocities on women and Congress leaders used to make shameless statements in the Assembly.
