Congress celebrates Govind Singh Dotasra’s birthday with community welfare initiatives

Congress party marked the birthday of President Govind Singh Dotasra with a series of social initiatives across Rajasthan, emphasising their commitment to community welfare. Activities included blood donation camps, food distribution, tree planting, and support for the mentally challenged.
In Chittorgarh, a major blood donation camp was held under the leadership of the District Congress, attended by several prominent party members. In Dausa, the Congress office hosted a cake-cutting event that included local MP Murarilal Meena and other candidates.
In Dungarpur, the District Congress provided green fodder to cows and offered free meals at Indira Rasoi, while in Dholpur, tree plantation and fodder distribution took place across all Block Congress Committees. Similar initiatives occurred in Sri Ganganagar, where cows were fed, and free meals were distributed.
Throughout various districts, Congress members engaged in community support activities. In Hanumangarh, food and educational materials were provided to disabled children, while in Jaisalmer and Jhalawar, local Congress committees fed cows and distributed free food to the needy.
The celebration extended to Kota, where tree planting and food distributions were organised, and in Udaipur, Congress members fed cows and distributed books to school children. These collective efforts highlight the party’s dedication to social welfare while addressing public issues within the state.
