The clash erupted after a Kabaddi match called the Adudam Andhra took place between two groups — Chetan Kota and Nagataur. “Nagaataur lost the Kabaddi match by five points,” stated Sobharani, the Nandikotkur Mandal Parishad Development Officer (MPDO). Tension between the two player groups increased after the game, resulting in personal altercations.” A video of the ugly fight between the rival players went viral and is still making the rounds online.
