Civil Aviation Minister: International flight services from Mohali airport to start soon

Former State President of BJP Punjab and current MLA from Pathankot, Ashwani Sharma, and State Vice President of BJP Punjab, Dr. Subhash Sharma, met Minister of State for Civil Aviation Jyotiraditya M. Scindia and had a detailed discussion with him on the problems of the airports in Punjab.
Subhash Sharma stated that a demand had been made to Minister of State for Civil Aviation Jyotiraditya M. Scindia to start international flight services from Mohali Airport. He listened very seriously and assured them that he would soon consider the matter, starting international flights from Mohali as soon as possible.
MLA Ashwani Sharma presented the demand for initiating air services from Pathankot airport to the Aviation Minister. In response, the Minister assured them of starting air services from Pathankot soon. Addressing the appeal to restart air services from Adampur airport, Minister of State for Civil Aviation Jyotiraditya M. Scindia mentioned that the reconstruction of Adampur airport is almost complete. He assured that he would soon inaugurate it and commence air services from there, allowing travel back to Delhi via the newly established air service.
Expressing gratitude for the assurance given by Minister of State for Civil Aviation Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, MLAs Ashwani Sharma and Subhash Sharma emphasized that the Narendra Modi government at the Center is committed and determined to the development of Punjab. Whether it’s the construction of roads, the introduction of Vande Bharat trains, the construction or modernization of new airports, or the initiation of new air services, the Central Government has consistently fulfilled the demands of Punjab. They believe that the fulfillment of Punjab’s demands by the Modi government will give a new direction to the pace of development in Punjab.
