A chemist was detained by the Dwarka district’s Anti-Narcotics Cell on Monday, according to the police, for allegedly providing and selling buprenorphine tablets and injectable vials.
The accused, Manish Kumar, a 37-year-old Delhi resident, has been named. Officials said that he was distributing and selling illegal substances. According to officials, the anti-narcotics cell and Bindapur police collaborated to raid the pharmacist shop in Uttam Nagar and apprehend the suspects after receiving a tip about the illicit sale and supply of drugs.
Nine buprenorphine pills, fifteen buprenorphine injection vials, and one hundred dipso van single-use hypodermic syringes were found in Manish’s shop during the raid, according to officials.
