A major development has emerged regarding the case of the late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala’s murder. According to information received, gangster Sachin Bishnoi’s charge sheet in the Moosewala murder case has been submitted in court. The police have presented a 22-page charge sheet in court, implicating Sachin Bishnoi as a conspirator.
Notably, Sachin Bishnoi had fled abroad in connection with the Sidhu Moosewala case and revealed significant details during police remand, leading to the submission of his supplementary charge sheet in court. It’s worth mentioning that Goldy was declared a terrorist under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). Goldy Barar is said to be associated with notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. He is considered the mastermind behind Sidhu Moosewala’s murder. It was on Goldy’s instructions that the Gurgos of the Bishnoi gang carried out Moosewala’s murder.
Subsequently, Sidhu’s father, Balkaur Singh, hailed it as a positive announcement by the central government and also expressed doubts about whether any action would be taken against him after this announcement, considering that government announcements often remain unfulfilled.
