Chandigarh Vikas Samiti distributes warm clothes, shoes to the needy in different locations

In a compassionate endeavor, the Chandigarh Vikas Samiti, a prominent social organization, has undertaken initiatives to provide relief to the less fortunate in various areas of the city. As part of their efforts, the organization distributed warm clothes and shoes to those in need, while also organizing tea and bhandara for laborers in different localities.

The activities are part of the committee’s broader engagement in the city, dedicated to commemorating the sacrifice of the four Sahibzadas. Observing the week from December 23 to 28 as ‘Martyrdom Week,’ the Chandigarh Development Committee, led by Dr. Sandeep Sandhu, Chairperson, orchestrated a series of social and religious programs throughout Chandigarh.
