A substantial turnout marked the yoga session, where participants engaged in various yoga kriyas to reap the benefits of yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Notably, a special women’s yoga session was conducted, led by Yog teachers from Bhartiya Yog Sansthan, including Smt. Kiran Gupta, Sudesh Kumari, Neera Dewan, Leela Guglani, and Ninder Kapur.
During the session, the Yog teachers elucidated the significance of yoga in maintaining a healthy and fit body. They also emphasized the motto of the Sansthan, “Jio and Jine Do” (Live and give life to others).
Sh. Rajan Kapur, District President of Bharatiya Yoga Sansthan, graced the session with his presence. The event concluded with a vote of thanks.
