Chairman stresses on state’s sustainability in Tourism

Rajiv Arora, Chairman of the Rajasthan Small Industries Corporation, said in a conference held at Kanodia P.G. Women’s College that Rajasthan has been a leader in the tourism sector due to its heritage. There is a strong relationship between architecture and environmental conservation here. Examples of this can be seen in the stepwells, baoris, and water tanks here. Rajasthan’s small industries are an example of how production can be increased sustainably without environmental pollution. Adopting modernity and technology without consideration can be extremely harmful.
He spoke on the occasion of the inauguration of a two-day National Conference on the subject of ‘Advances in Environmental Studies and Public Health’ under the auspices of the International Society for Life Sciences. On this occasion, College Principal Dr Seema Agrawal, Principal of Maharani College Professor Nimli Singh, President of the International Society for Life Sciences Prof. Ashok Kumar, Secretary of the organizing committee Dr. Ritu Jain, Dr. Gaurav Govardhan, and College Director Dr. Rashmi Chaturvedi also shared their thoughts.
