The Aam Aadmi Party organized the Vikas Kranti Rally in Bathinda’s Maur Mandi. During the event, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann announced development projects worth Rs 1,125 crore for the people of Bathinda.
Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann addressed the rally, stating, “Our government is opening Aam Aadmi Clinics, but the central government has put a stop to the Gramin Vikas Fund of Rs 5,000 crores. After that, we started a pilgrimage, and when we tried to book a train by paying the money, the Railways replied in writing that they don’t have an engine.” Mann went on to say, “If the Centre’s bus runs, they will remove Punjab from the national anthem and replace it with UP. They change the Constitution every day. Narendra Modi talks about a double-engine government, but the Railways don’t have an engine. It’s in writing.”
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann accused the BJP of spreading hatred in the name of religion but urged people to open their ears. He highlighted Punjab’s fertile land, capable of growing all kinds of crops, emphasizing that the seed of hatred would never grow here.
Mann declared that Pakistan is an enemy country that will loot and attack, but the people of Punjab are not afraid of four or five individuals. He stated, “Two people are in Congress, two are in Shiromani Akali Dal, and one is in BJP. The entire Badal family has lost, with only one defeat remaining, which will also happen in Bathinda this time. Let me inform you that Prakash Singh Badal’s daughter-in-law Harsimrat Kaur Badal is an MP from Bathinda.”
