CBI court to hear arguments against Jagdish Tytler on October 13

The 1984 anti-Sikh riots case against former Congress MP Jagdish Tytler was scheduled for hearings starting on October 13 by the Rouse Avenue court on Wednesday. In May of this year, the CBI filed an additional charge sheet against former Congress MP Jagdish Tytler. In this case, three Sikhs who were allegedly murdered in the Pul Bangash region in 1984 are at issue.

Special CBI judge Vikas Dhull (MP-MLA Cases) listed the matter for hearing arguments on charge in a case against Tytler on October 13.
Accused Jagdish Tytler appeared physically before the session court after the committal of his case.
On August 5, Tytler had appeared before the court against the summons issued by the court after taking cognizance of the supplementary charge sheet. Thereafter, he appeared through video conferencing.
