The Calcutta High Court in the case observed and has imposed the cost for an amount of Rs. 50,000/- on him, while taking a stern stance against an advocate who intended to show ‘red eyes’ and also abuse the court.
The single bench was hearing the present matter wherein the writ appeal was moved.
The court in its order perusing an earlier order in the matter dated October 16, 2023, noted that the bench headed by Justice Bibek Chaudhuri observed and has held that the writ petition would be heard by Justice Suvra Ghosh.
The court in its order stated that the said direction may be followed as it was claimed that substantially it was heard by her Ladyship.
