Jammu and Kashmir Police has once again started reactivating and weaponising Village Defence Committee (VDCs) in Jammu region amid ongoing threat from drones in the last few days after Prime Minister Narendra Modi initiated the political process by meeting all-party leaders of Jammu and Kashmir.
