Sanjay Tandon, former president of Chandigarh Pradesh BJP and co-incharge of Himachal Pradesh BJP, is actively participating in the ‘Swachh Teerth’ campaign in response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call. On Thursday, he visited Sitaram Temple in Sector-19 and engaged in the cleanliness campaign.
Expressing the significance of the auspicious consecration of the idol of Ram Lala in Ayodhya Ram temple, Sanjay Tandon highlighted the nationwide aura of positivity, describing it as ‘Rammay’. He emphasised his commitment to preserving the immense blessings of Lord Shri Ram by cleaning temples, pilgrimage sites, and serving the public. According to him, chanting the name of Lord Shri Ram is the key to ‘Sarvajan Hitaya Sarvajan Sukhaay’.
Sanjay Tandon had previously undertaken cleanliness activities with colleagues at Guru Kripa Darbar Temple in Sector-56 and participated in langar seva in village Dariya (Dadwa). Local people, along with BJP leader Sanjay Tandon, attended the event, including Mandal President Sumita Kohli, Manmohan Kalia, Anu Singla, Digvijay Nayyar, Surender Khatri, Lalit Thaman, Mukesh Arora, Ram Avtar Bansal, Vijay, and others.
