A BJP leader allegedly suffered abuse from his wife in yet another shocking incident when she discovered him in his car with a female companion.
According to the news source, Mohit Sonkar, a BJP official and leader in the Bundelkhand region, was allegedly beaten with slippers by his wife, mother-in-law, and other in-laws.
The female friend was also allegedly beaten by the spouses of the BJP politician and her businessman husband.
The incident was caught on camera by Sonkar’s wife, and it instantly went viral online.
Reportedly, the Juhi police team responded to the area after learning about the incident and escorted both parties to the police station.
A complaint has been made at the Juhi police station by Moni Sonkar, the wife of a BJP politician.
The FIR would be filed following a thorough investigation into the incident, according to Alok Singh, ACP of Babupurwa.
