Just ahead of the assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh for the 230 seats on November 17, former Chief Minister Digvijaya Singh shared his idea of Congress winning the polls, in an exclusive interview with NewsX.
Q: Where do you see Congress in the upcoming polls?
A. Congress is going to win the polls with a comprehensive margin because the people of the state are fed up with the corruption perpetrated during the Shivraj Singh government. No doubt that corruption has stalled the development of the state. Wave of anger has gone louder against the BJP rule.
Q: Since you have travelled extensively across the state and you might have felt the pulse of the people. Any chance of BJP biting the dust?
A. People have already made up their mind to bring change in the state. The result will show everything.
