Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president JP Nadda has called for the party’s first meeting of cluster in-charges on January 16 at the Delhi office. This meeting is part of the party’s preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Over 110 cluster in-charges and co-in-charges are expected to attend, with Union Home Minister Amit Shah addressing a session.
The BJP has appointed cluster in-charges in more than 110 clusters across the country, including party officials and leaders. In several states, the party has designated ministers from state governments as in-charges. The meeting will bring together leaders from each state, along with the party’s national general secretary and senior leaders.
During the meeting, cluster in-charges and co-in-charges will discuss and provide information on the welfare schemes of the Narendra Modi government. They are expected to visit their respective Lok Sabha constituencies to engage with party leaders and constituents.
As the Lok Sabha elections approach, the BJP is gearing up for strategic planning and coordination to ensure a strong performance. The elections, likely to be held this year, are anticipated to be a contest between the NDA alliance led by the Modi government and the emerging INDIA bloc.
