Bengaluru CEO’s Son Murder Investigation: Key Evidence Points to Premeditation, Empty Cough Syrup Bottles Found in Room

In the ongoing investigation into the alleged murder of a four-year-old boy by the CEO of a startup, Suchana Seth, in Goa, new details have emerged suggesting premeditation. The Goa police found empty bottles of cough syrup in the room where the crime took place, indicating a possible pre-planned murder.

The postmortem examination revealed that the child was smothered to death, either with a cloth or a pillow, and there were no signs of struggle. Officials are now exploring the possibility that the woman, Suchana Seth, may have given a heavy dose of cough syrup to the child before committing the crime.

According to police sources, the inspection of the service apartment room where the incident occurred uncovered two empty bottles—one big and another small—of cough syrup. It has been reported that Suchana Seth had asked the service apartment staff to purchase a small bottle of cough syrup, claiming she had a cough. The larger bottle may have been brought by her, raising suspicions of a pre-planned murder.

While Suchana Seth has denied her involvement in the crime during interrogation, claiming the child was already dead when she woke up, police officials are skeptical of her explanation. The ongoing investigation aims to uncover the motive behind the killing, considering the estranged relationship between Suchana Seth and her husband.

Suchana Seth, the CEO of ‘The Mindful AI Lab,’ is described as an AI ethics expert and data scientist with over 12 years of experience. As the investigation continues, authorities are working to determine the circumstances and motives surrounding this tragic incident.
