ASI survey to continue at Gyanvapi Mosque

During an urgent hearing in the Gyanvapi Mosque case on Friday, the Supreme Court has given a big blow to the Muslim side as it said that ASI survey of Gyanvapi premises will continue.
The Anjuman Islamia Masjid Committee had filed a petition for an urgent hearing on Thursday in the Supreme Court against the order of the Allahabad High Court.
Rejecting the argument of the Muslim side, the top court said that ‘ASI survey report will not be presented in a sealed cover’.
Earlier on Thursday, the Allahabad High Court had given permission to the ASI to conduct a survey at Gyanvapi. During the hearing on Friday, the Supreme Court asked the Muslim side why we should interfere in the order of the High Court. The ASI had also conducted the survey in the Ayodhya case. What is the problem with ASI’s survey?
What damage will be done to the Gyanvapi campus in the survey, which will not be rectified? During the debate, the lawyer for the Muslim side also cited the statement of CM Yogi Adityanath. He told the court that the statement of the CM in this matter is not correct.
