ASA (Association for Security Associates), Rajasthan celebrated its foundation day today on Sunday, at Hotel Vista International, Gopalbadi, Jaipur. It was presided over by ex-General Mandata Singh and the chief guest was Commanded Navneet Joshi.
General Secretary Jitendra Singh Tanwar said that the main objective of the sixth Foundation Day was to take action against unscrupulous agencies, encourage healthy competition among the agencies, proper implementation of the N.O.C. system and provide the best security to society. He further added that the security sector is providing employment to about 14 to 15 lakh people which is something really big.
Chief guest Commandant Navneet Joshi assured that soon a campaign will be launched and action will be taken against agencies without license.
He also asserted that M.H.A. approval will be sent by the Home Guard Department in the next meeting in which simplification of the license and better rates for PSARA(Private Security Agency Regulation Act) shall be included.
Chief Guest General Mandata Singh Saheb gave a message of unity to all the agencies and stressed increasing the number of trained security personnel.
