On January 22, the consecration ceremony of the idol is scheduled to take place at the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya, creating a festive atmosphere in the country. However, an incident has emerged from Sonipat that has startled everyone. Two young men made objectionable remarks about Lord Rama, and the video went viral. Following a complaint from social organizations, the Sonipat Sadar Thana Police has registered a case against both individuals under sections 153A and 295A and arrested them, sending them to judicial custody. The person making objectionable comments against Lord Rama and his mother is Narsi Saini, a worker of the Loktantra Suraksha Manch Party. The accomplice who viralized the video is Navin.

Providing details of the entire incident, ACP Jeet Singh Beniwal stated that social organizations lodged a complaint against us regarding objectionable remarks about Lord Rama. Based on this complaint, we registered a case against Narsi Saini and his accomplice Navin, arresting them and initiating legal proceedings. He clarified that strict action will be taken against anyone who attempts to hurt the religious sentiments of any faith.
