Andhra Pradesh High Court Notified Arrangement For Hearing Of Cases During Summer Vacation From May 15 To June 12

The Andhra Pradesh High Court has issued a circular wherein it notified for the arrangement of hearing urgent and the specific matters during summer vacations from May 15 to June 12, 2023.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court notified the arrangements in the following terms:
The Division bench comprising of Justice B.S Bhanumathi and Justice A.V. Ravindra Babu, and the single judge bench headed by Justice Gannamaneni Ramakrishna Prasad: May 18, 2023.
The Division bench comprising of Justice B.Krishna Mohan and Justice A.V Ravindra Babu and the single bench headed by Justice Gannamaneni Ramakrishna Prasad: May 25, 2023.
The Division bench comprising of Justice B.Krishna Mohan and Justice V. Gopala Krishna Rao, and the single judge bench headed by Justice Duppala Vankata Ramana: June 01, 2023.
The Division bench comprising of Justice Ninala Jayasurya and Justice V.Gopala Krishna Rao, and the single judge bench headed by Justice Duppala Vankata Ramana: June 08, 2023.
Therefore, the summer vacation bench in the case will hear the division bench matters which includes the habeas corpus petitions, the writ petitions for women and child welfare, anticipatory bail, bail applications if they are being rejected by the courts below.
Further, the court in the case will hear the urgent matters with the permission of the Chief Justice of the High Court, thus, the same cannot wait till the end of the vacation such as eviction, the demolition etc.
It has also been stated in the circular issued that no criminal petitions or writ petitions for quashing of investigation, FIR or the / charge sheets will be entertained under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 or under the Article 226 of the Constitution of India except under the exceptional circumstances during Summer Vacation period.
However, it has also been mentioned in the circular issued that the matters which relates to service, Public Interest Litigation, release of vehicles and matters covered under Stamps and Registration Act will not be entertained unless the cause shown is of the emergent nature.
