AKSHAY AND SARA WRAP UP ‘ATRANGI RE’ SHOOT

Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan on Saturday wrapped up the shooting of ‘Atrangi Re’ and penned thank you notes. Akshay also shared his first look from the film on social media and going by it, one can guess that he might be playing the role of a magician.

The photo sees Akshay smiling wickedly while being dressed in a black designer suit and a huge hat as he holds a king of hearts card on his palm.

The ‘Namaste London’ actor penned a note of gratitude and said, “It’s the last day of #AtrangiRe and I can’t wait for you’ll to experience the magic created by @aanandlrai. Also a big thank you to my co-stars @saraalikhan95 and @dhanushkraja for letting me be a part of this beautiful film. An @arrahman musical. Written by: #HimanshuSharma.”

Sara also penned a note of thanks and wrote, “That’s a film wrap. Ek saal baad (after one year). Thank you so much @aanandlrai sir for giving me this role, this film and this opportunity. But more than that thank you for your unconditional love, unwavering support, the best India darshan, delicious khana, early morning sunrise drives to location, sufi ginger water evenings, and the most memorable year with the best team.

@dhanushkraja thank you for introducing me to your amazing music and mouth-watering varieties of South Indian food (even though we could’ve avoided that indulgence during shoots. Love, laughter, energy and positivity on the set.
