UK Sikh MP Tanmanjeet Singh Dhesi is facing strong criticism from the Jathedar of the Akal Takht Sahib, Giani Raghubir Singh, for his stance on the Gaza-Israel conflict. Dhesi, a member of the UK Parliament representing the Labour Party, received condemnation after expressing support for a temporary ceasefire resolution during the ongoing hostilities between Israel and Hamas. The Jathedar vehemently rejected any threats of violence or harm against Tanmanjeet Singh Dhesi, stressing the need for unity within the Sikh community.
