Deputy Commissioner Sushil Sarwan announced that during the year 2023-24, the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department will provide agricultural drone pilot training to two farmers in the district without any fee.
Under this scheme, interested applicants can apply online on the department’s portal www.agriharyana.gov.in until 19th February. To apply, it is necessary for the farmer or unemployed youth to be between 18 to 45 years of age, have an educational qualification of 10th grade, possess a valid passport, and be a member of CHC/FPO.
He mentioned that for the selection process, following departmental instructions, a merit list will be prepared after document verification based on age, educational qualification, experience in CHC/FPO, and agricultural experience. Additionally, he clarified that no fee will be charged from the candidates selected for training.
