The primary agenda of the meeting centered around devising a comprehensive strategy for the operationalization of District De-addiction Centres (DDACs) in Ladakh. The discussions aimed to equip these centers to effectively tackle the challenges posed by substance abuse in the region.
Commissioner Secretary Padma Angmo, at the forefront of the meeting, laid out precise guidelines crucial for the seamless establishment and operation of DDACs.
