A PEEK INTO HOLI CELEBRATIONS OF BOLLYWOOD AND TV CELEBS

Bollywood and TV celebrities made the most of Holi. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the celebration was kept low key with just close family and friends. They took to their social media to give a glimpse of their festive celebrations.

Akshay Kumar posted a cute picture with his daughter with faces covered in ‘gulaal’. “No bigger joy than festivities with those who are a part of you #HoliHappiness #StaySafe #FamilyFun,” he captioned the picture. Ananya Panday shared her childhood photo featuring best friends Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor. She wrote, “Happy Holi! My best Holi memories are with these two! Major missing. Stay safe everyone. Love and light and colour and joy and positivity always.” Abhishek Bachchan shared a throwback family photograph with his ladies on social media, he wrote, “A throwback to safer and more carefree times. Happy Holi everyone. Please celebrate this most beautiful festival but from the safety of your homes. The number of Covid-19 cases is on the rise and we have to remain disciplined. Stay home, eat gujias, take the blessings of your parents and take care of your family.” 

 Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza also celebrated the festival.She shared a video where they are smeared with colours. Genelia posted, “Find your own way to make festivals special (following all Covid restrictions) – even if it’s small and intimate, it’s the spirit that counts. Happy Holi.” Kangana Ranaut wished her fans on Holi. She wrote, “Holi ke din dil khil jaate hai rangon mein rang mil jaate hai… We are having a working Holi but nothing can stop us from pre-Holi and Holika celebrations. This is my squad aka my family I wasn’t born with but you choose to keep.” Kareena Kapoor Khan shared an adorable picture of Taimur Ali Khan during the Holi celebration. “Stay safe people. Happy Holi from me,” She captioned the picture. Shahid Kapoor celebrated the festival with Mira Rajput Kapoor and shared the video on social media. Shilpa Shetty shared pictures of her Holi celebrations with family with the caption “Happy Holi to all my Instafam from all of us.”

Nakuul Mehta shared his Holi selfie with his entire family. Nakuul celebrated the festival at home and ate jalebis with his wife and parents. Aly Goni and Jasmin Bhasin celebrated the festival with close friends. Taking to social media, Jasmin posted pictures and wrote that she is celebrating the colourful festival with people who add colour to her life with love and happiness. Dheeraj Dhooper celebrated Holi with Vinny Dhoopar. The couple posted a romantic and colourful picture celebrating Holi.

Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar wished their fans Happy Holi and told them to stay home and stay safe with a lovey-dovey picture.
